The State of Montana now offers, through their recently updated database in their Department of Public Health and Human Services site – a robust tool for finding Assisted Living Facilities in Montana.

This search tool will allow you to search for Senior Living providers statewide, and will provide detailed information about each provider including:

  • Licensee/Registrant Name (Facility Name)
  • License Number
  • Facility Type
  • Licensing Status
  • License Expiration Date
  • Number of Beds (Capacity)
  • Address
  • DIRECT Phone Number
  • Corporate Offices/Address
  • Administrator’s Name and DIRECT contact information

DIRECT contact information is a key feature here, as most commercial Senior Living / Assisted Living sites omit direct contact information for facility listings.
